Written from your side of the table: what changes for your team, not what we own.
Trend intelligence, not just production
Our London team walks the high street every week to follow the new-arrival cycle of leading brands, and we check with yarn mills daily. Each year we publish our own knitwear catalogue based on what we see — so you can start a season with a direction instead of a blank page.
You get design input and product knowledge, not only a quotation against your tech pack.
A specification that fits your launch
Sampling takes 7–14 days. Our minimum is 200 pcs per colour. And because we run 1.5GG through 14GG, a chunky hand-knit look and a fine-gauge basic can go into the same collection.
You can test a style before you commit to volume.
Fewer surprises between sample and shipment
Your order runs in eight BSCI-audited factories, and production is supervised on the ground by our own Nanjing quality team. Our ISO 9001 procedures cover sampling, production and final inspection, so each stage is documented and checkable. In practice that means three checkpoints: a pre-production sample you approve before bulk starts, in-line checks while the order is running, and a pre-shipment inspection against that approved sample when 80% of packing is complete.
What you approve is what arrives.
A calendar you can plan retail around
Production takes 45–60 days standard, up to 75 in peak season, from order confirmation. Because we hold the factories to that window rather than quoting optimistically, you can book your retail calendar backwards from a date you can actually rely on.
You plan launches from a date, not from hope.
A partner who already knows your market
We ship to fashion brands across Europe and South America, including buyers in Chile. That means we already know the labelling, testing and shipping paperwork your market expects — we are not learning your compliance rules on your first order.
Fewer customs and compliance surprises at the border.
One team from yarn to shipment
Yarn sourcing, sampling and production are handled by the same team, and almost all fancy-yarn mills in China sit within an hour's train of our Nanjing office. Yarn quality accounts for roughly 70% of whether a style works, so yarn sits at the centre of how we quote and develop rather than being an afterthought.
You have one counterpart, not three parties to reconcile.
